• Drive the success of Productions for one or multiple language teams.
• Onboard and train linguists and other audio professionals (Producers) to use the ElevenLabs platform.
• Build quality control and monitoring systems for your language to ensure the dubs, audiobooks, and other content we deliver sound natural and professional-grade.
• Work with the Productions product and engineering team to optimize our tools and processes for high-quality content creation.
• Define our editorial line and set our creative direction, such as style guides, voice casting, translation and adaptation principles.

Production Manager

Account Executive

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts across the Netherlands - with a focus on Financial Services & Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Utilities - to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities - including ElevenAgents - can drive customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building compelling business cases that translate AI voice technology into measurable business value for senior executives and economic buyers.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends - particularly as they apply to regulated Dutch industries.
• Demonstrate expertise - or a strong willingness to learn - about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistants.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within key enterprise verticals, navigating complex procurement and organizational structures.
• Partner closely with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and expansion of accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.

Enterprise Account Executive

Growth Marketing

• Full-Funnel Ownership: Drive the UKI B2B growth strategy and partially tackle the Nordic markets, owning the pipeline target from lead gen to conversion
• Outbound Mastery: Set up, manage, and optimize complex outbound sequences to reach enterprise decision-maker
• Event & Campaign Execution: Organize high-impact events, webinars, and trade shows from start to finish
• Performance & Analysis: Work closely with the performance team on retargeting and ABM, while being comfortable diving deep into the numbers to analyze what’s working

B2B Marketing Lead, UKI Growth

• As a key member of the Talent team at ElevenLabs, you'll play a vital part in our hiring strategy and execution.
• This is a unique opportunity to build and power the engine of ElevenLabs through hyperscaling headcount, while ensuring our tooling and processes are efficient and scalable.
• You will be a key strategic partner in implementing tooling, managing cross-functional stakeholders, building metrics and dashboards, and creative problem solving to unblock hiring and hiring managers in their day to day operations.
• You’ll collaborate with the team to optimize workflows, analyze team progress towards KPIs, and identify and execute work towards scalable growth.
• This is a high autonomy, high impact, and high growth role. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a world-class candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Specifically, you will:
• Become an expert in the workflows of recruiting: interview scheduling, coordination, stakeholder management, etc, and be responsible for taking them to the next level.
• Design, implement and launch key, strategic Talent projects, utilizing AI, workflow automations and the latest technology.
• Identify cutting-edge Talent tools, ensuring that we are constantly upgrading our Talent tool ecosystem.
• Design best-in-class Talent processes and SOPs.
• Help implement our Data Strategy to ensure our Talent decisions are data-driven.
• Build and maintain insightful reports to surface bottlenecks and highlight opportunities to optimize our hiring funnel.
• Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on best practices for recruitment, interviewing, and talent assessment.

Talent Operations

• Own the end-to-end talent technology stack — leading vendor strategy, managing relationships, making build vs. buy decisions, and ensuring tools are configured, integrated, and used to their full potential.
• Identify, design and drive org-wide hiring programmes and frameworks — from interview evaluation systems, to our headcount planning solution and multi-market hiring playbooks.
• Lead and develop a team of Talent Operators and Coordinators, setting direction, managing priorities, and creating the conditions for the team to operate at pace without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
• Own the talent data strategy — defining what we measure, building dashboards and reports that surface what matters, and making sure the whole team is working from the same picture.
• Act as the strategic interface between Talent and cross-functional partners across People, Finance, Legal, and Engineering, managing complex stakeholder relationships and unblocking hiring at every level.
• Identify and eliminate operational drag — building durable SOPs, designing scalable processes, and deploying automation (n8n, AI tooling, custom integrations) wherever it meaningfully reduces friction.
• Own core functional processes such as headcount planning.

Talent Operations Lead

Community Manager

• Build scalable community and ambassador programs and repeatable frameworks that grow the creator ecosystem beyond your own direct reach.
• Develop lasting relationships with creators, studios, agencies, and community leaders, becoming a trusted presence in those spaces.
• Host and lead creator workshops with brands, agencies, marketing teams, and independent creators across ElevenLabs' creative suite - voice, music, image, and video.
• Use data and community insights to track growth, identify what is resonating, and scale what works. Establish a regular reporting cadence and feed what you are hearing directly into product and growth teams.
• Represent ElevenLabs at IRL creative meetups, AI events, industry conferences, and community gatherings across the US, and plan owned events ranging from intimate creator dinners to larger community meetups.
• Help define and evolve the creator ICP as you learn what types of creators get the most value from ElevenLabs tools and convert into long-term users. Represent the voice of the creator community in internal planning, roadmap discussions, and launch strategy.
• Travel regularly across the US for events, workshops, and community activations (up to 50% of your time).
