About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and office support, including answering and routing phone calls, monitoring voicemail, coordinating travel arrangements
  • Serve as a key point of contact for office operations, helping ensure the site runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally
  • Coordinate logistics for customer Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities

  • Oversee and coordinate facility management contractors and cleaning services
  • Support time reporting and labor activities
  • Assist with internal events, trainings, and employee activities

  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned to support business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or general equivalency degree
  • A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Strong attention to detail with effective multitasking and record keeping skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
