About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the key point of contact towards candidates, interviewers, facilitators, Talent Acquisition, Talent Growth, and HR stakeholders
  • Provide clear, professional, and timely written and verbal communication across all supported processes
  • Coordinate recruitment-related administrative activities, including candidate and interviewer communication, interview support, and system updates
  • Support Talent Growth and leadership development activities, including virtual session production and facilitator assistance
  • Work across multiple HR systems, recruitment platforms, learning tools, ticketing systems, and internal platforms to complete requests accurately and efficiently
  • Create and manage purchase order requests in the relevant system for HR, Talent Growth, and related operational needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, reports, and process records related to Talent Acquisition and Talent Growth support
  • Participation in continuous improvement projects to improvise existing HR processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Quick learner, proactive, and high attention to detail
  • Good time-management and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under high pressure
  • Team player but also able to work independently
  • Growth mindset, openness to learn new things and continuously seek for improvements
