About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach, and support a team of project management professionals to deliver high-quality project outcomes focused on new generation and datacenter projects
Oversee a portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with financial, schedule, and performance targets
Develop, maintain, and optimize project plans, including resource planning and staffing strategies
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external partners, to ensure successful execution
Identify risks and opportunities, analyze project challenges, and implement effective solutions
Partner with sales and business development teams to support proposals and project pursuits
Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers while ensuring a high level of satisfaction and delivery excellence
Provide regular forecasts and insights related to sales, resource utilization, and performance metrics
Contribute to the development of new solutions, services, and continuous improvement initiatives
Promote best practices to enhance project management processes and organizational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 10 years of related experience in project execution or engineering environment
Demonstrated ability to guide teams and strategies successfully in manufacturing or engineering organizations
Strong understanding of project management and engineering principles
Ability to travel up to 30%
Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this position, now or in the future
