About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop expertise in PWS security products, solutions, and compliance
  • Provide technical help for Emerson PWS cybersecurity products to customers and internal engineers
  • Identify and resolve Ovation product issues efficiently
  • Foster a positive environment for work and professional growth
  • Manage and prioritize call records and workload; maintain accurate documentation
  • Coordinate technical support processes and call escalation
  • Collaborate with Emerson Field Support Engineers, regional offices, and expert resources
  • Start-up and DCS commissioning at customer locations
  • Deploy, set up, and optimize security solutions and cybersecurity services
  • Assist customers in developing cybersecurity plans and/or programs
  • Provide NERC CIP compliance support services
  • Develop assessment reports and suggest mitigation/remediation strategies
  • Maintain product equipment, support labs, and group capital equipment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, mechanical, electrical, electronic, mechatronics, maintenance, electromechanics or equivalent
  • Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity appliances, applications, tools and techniques
  • Advanced level of English [B2] (additional languages are advantageous)
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills in a formal environment
  • Up to 80% travel
  • Availability to work different shifts, including holidays and nights
