About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct scheduled training sessions at Marshalltown campus, customer sites, sales representative offices, and regional training centers
- Contribute and collaborate with partners on improving course curriculum, student materials, and hands-on workshops
- Assist with the preparation of all necessary instructional materials and equipment for classes
- Work closely with Division product teams to develop and maintain a high degree of technical expertise on assigned topics, product offerings, and related process control equipment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Passion for learning and imparting knowledge to people with varied roles and experience levels
- Previous experience with adult technical learning
- Strong mechanical maintenance skills
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in team and highly autonomous settings
- Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to travel in North America, up to 50%
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
