About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and triage AI-related requests, determining feasibility and identifying appropriate AI/agent-based solutions.
Design and develop AI agents and copilots using modern agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI).
Integrate AI agents with enterprise business systems using REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and MCP.
Build and orchestrate multi-step agent workflows including memory, planning, and tool usage.
Deploy, test, and monitor AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and related Azure AI services.
Support teams in adopting AI solutions through reusable components and documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business use cases into scalable AI solutions.
Participate in PoCs, pilots, and production rollouts.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and responsible AI practices.
Document architectures, patterns, and best practices for reuse.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or automation engineering.
Strong hands-on experience in Python and AI/ML tooling.
Experience building AI agents, copilots, or LLM-based applications.
Experience integrating applications using APIs, microservices, and MCP.
Exposure to Azure AI Foundry or similar cloud AI platforms.
Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and agent architectures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
