About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the timely processing of requisitions and converting them into purchase orders, ensuring the details are complete and accurate.
  • Issue and track the progress of purchase orders, updating them as necessary.
  • Address inquiries raised by vendors and business stakeholders related to purchasing transactions (e.g., requisitions, POs, catalogs, etc.).
  • Analyze reports generated from purchasing systems to identify areas of noncompliance, process exceptions, and incomplete transactions.
  • Provide guidance on procurement policies and procedures to business partners to increase compliance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related courses.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the field of procurement.
  • Good working knowledge of computers, spreadsheets, databases, and word processing application programs.
