Technical Program Manager

• Own the full lifecycle of the Operations Training Program — from needs assessment and curriculum design through delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Design and maintain role-based training curricula and competency frameworks for all operations roles including Critical Facilities Technician (CFT), Data Center Operations Engineer (DCOE), Shift Lead, and Facilities Management.
• Convert vendor manuals, OEM documentation, SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and engineering specifications into structured, engaging training content — including instructor-led courses, hands-on lab exercises, scenario-based simulations, job aids, and e-learning modules.
• Partner closely with the Technical Writer to ensure alignment between procedure documentation and training materials, so what is written reflects what is taught — and vice versa.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive new hire onboarding program covering site orientation, systems familiarization, safety fundamentals, and progressive task qualification leading to independent work authorization.
• Implement and administer a Training Management System (TMS) or Learning Management System (LMS) to track training completion, qualification status, certification expiration, and compliance across the operations workforce.
• Establish and enforce a formal qualification and sign-off program ensuring technicians are assessed and authorized before performing unsupervised work on any critical system.
• Manage all recurring and mandatory training requirements including NFPA 70E/Arc Flash, LOTO, emergency response, first aid/CPR, and equipment-specific annual recertifications.
• Design and facilitate emergency response drills and tabletop exercises simulating critical events such as loss of utility power, UPS bypass, generator transfer failure, and cooling system alarms.
• Continuously assess workforce competency through structured observations, skills assessments, audit findings, and incident reviews; develop and deploy targeted remediation training as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with equipment vendors and industry training providers (e.g., Vertiv, Schneider Electric, Eaton, Cummins, Trane, Uptime Institute) to leverage external training resources, factory training opportunities, and industry certifications.
• Track and report training KPIs to leadership including training completion rates, qualification coverage, time-to-competency for new hires, certification compliance, and training-related incident reduction trends.
• Manage the site's Planned Maintenance (PM) program governance — ensuring all tasks are scheduled, executed, and closed in the CMMS on time and in compliance with OEM recommendations and site standards.
• Oversee the MOP, EOP, and AOP program — ensuring critical maintenance events are properly planned, peer-reviewed, approved, and executed; serving as a quality gate for procedural accuracy and completeness.
• Lead the change management process for infrastructure modifications, including risk assessments, cross-functional review, execution oversight, and post-work documentation and training updates.
• Track and report operational program metrics including PM completion rates, corrective work order backlog, MTTR, and audit findings; escalate risks to leadership as appropriate.
• Lead or support root cause analysis (RCA) and after-action reviews (AARs) following incidents or near-misses; identify training gaps surfaced by events and translate findings into updated training content.
• Ensure operational documentation, competency records, and training evidence are current and audit-ready for internal and external audits (Uptime Institute, ISO, customer audits).

Technical Program Manager, Facility Operations

QA Engineer

• Own supplier quality for steel fabrication and building systems suppliers feeding the modular build.
• Audit fabrication shops on weld quality, dimensional control, and coating systems before and during production.
• Run source inspections on fabricated assemblies so defects get caught at the shop, not at the site crane.
• Standardize the quality requirements flowdown so every fabricator builds to the same bar.

Supplier QA, Steel/BMS

Full-stack Engineer

• Lead detection engineering for Fluidstack's IT surface, including cross-domain detections where IT bridges OT or physical surfaces.
• Author and tune production detections as code, with peer review, CI/CD, and measured precision and recall.
• Apply AI and machine learning to build detections, including behavioral analytics and anomaly detection at scale.
• Develop novel detection tooling, including agentic capabilities that use LLMs for triage, investigation, and response.
• Set the engineering standards, coverage methodology, and quality metrics for the detection engineering discipline.
• Conduct threat and security research that informs detection logic and surfaces coverage gaps, and partner with platform engineers, IR, and threat intel to close the detection-to-response loop.

Staff Detection Engineer

Infrastructure Engineer

• Be the hands-on technical owner of the systems and pipelines that make the security program run: SIEM and data-warehouse architecture, data ingestion and enrichment, and security tool engineering across IT, OT, cloud, and bare metal.
• Design, deploy, and operate security tooling and data infrastructure: log-source onboarding, detection engineering, alert tuning, and pipeline management across IT and OT.
• Architect and maintain the security data platform: ingestion, normalization, enrichment, and routing of telemetry from endpoints, network, cloud, OT/ICS, and physical security tooling.
• Build and manage integrations across EDR, vulnerability management, SOAR, CASB, and identity platforms.
• Embed security into the software development lifecycle: CI/CD pipeline security, secrets management, artifact integrity, and review of security-relevant changes.
• Build tooling for automated security-data collection and quality validation, and partner with network, infrastructure, and IT teams to keep instrumentation complete across multi-site facilities.

Security Engineer – Infrastructure

Scheduler

• Own the site schedule in P6: build it with the field, update it from the field, and keep it honest.
• Run weekly lookaheads with superintendents and GCs so the three-week plan matches what crews actually do.
• Analyze float, logic, and progress to flag slips weeks before they show up in a milestone.
• Tie the schedule to commissioning sequences so system turnover dates drive construction priorities.

Onsite Scheduler

• Own supplier quality for mechanical equipment: CDUs, chillers, pumps, and piping packages from qualification through delivery.
• Run supplier audits and production readiness reviews before award, and source inspections before anything ships.
• Set the inspection and test plans suppliers build to, including factory acceptance test witness points.
• Drive root cause and corrective action on quality escapes, and verify the fix at the supplier floor, not on paper.

Mechanical QA Supplier

Mechanical Engineer

• Commission mechanical systems for gigawatt-scale data centers
• Write and execute test scripts to prove capacity and redundancy
• Run functional and integrated systems tests with controls and electrical

Mechanical Commissioning Engineer, Capacity Delivery

Security Engineer

• Own end-to-end security for every server in the bare metal fleet, from supply chain and provisioning through hardening, operation, and secure decommissioning.
• Design and maintain hardened golden OS images with automated vulnerability scanning, patch pipelines, and configuration-drift detection.
• Define and enforce the BMC security model (access control, credential rotation, audit logging, firmware integrity) for one of the most under-defended surfaces in the industry.
• Partner with network engineering on micro-segmentation, IDS/IPS, and firewall architecture, applying zero-trust from the top-of-rack up.
• Implement data-at-rest encryption, key management, and secure storage access at fleet scale, and build the automation that makes secure-by-default the path of least resistance.
• Lead threat modeling and security reviews for new hardware platforms and network designs, and respond to incidents touching the physical fleet.

Information Security Engineer – Bare Metal

• Own supplier quality for electrical equipment including switchgear, transformers, UPS, and busway
• Run factory audits and witness testing at electrical OEM facilities
• Set inspection and test requirements into purchase orders
• Drive corrective action on escapes and track supplier quality data

Electrical Supplier QA

Electrical Engineer

• Commission electrical distribution from utility interface to rack
• Write and run test scripts covering protection, transfer schemes, and failure scenarios

• Run integrated systems tests proving site performance

Electrical Commissioning Engineer, Capacity Delivery

Engineer

• Commission BMS and EPMS controls for data centers: point-to-point through full sequence validation and integrated testing.
• Verify every sequence of operations against design, and prove failure modes behave as written, not as hoped.
• Run alarm rationalization and graphics validation so operators inherit a system they can trust on day one.
• Automate test execution and reporting so Level 4 and Level 5 commissioning gets faster every site.

Controls Commissioning Engineer, Capacity Delivery

General

• Run the field on a gigawatt-scale data center build: sequencing, trade coordination, and daily production against the plan.
• Walk the job daily and clear blockers before crews wait: RFIs, materials, access, inspections.
• Enforce quality and safety standards at the workface, not from the trailer.
• Coordinate with commissioning so systems complete in the order startup needs, not the order construction prefers.

Construction Superintendent

• Own the field across an entire site: all superintendents, all trades, all shifts report through you.
• Set the site logistics plan, laydown, cranes, access, and deliveries, so multiple GCs and hundreds of trades work without colliding.
• Balance manpower across the job weekly so the critical path is always the best-staffed path.
• Own field safety culture site-wide, including stop-work authority and making it stick.

Construction General Superintendent

Community Manager

• Represent Fluidstack at town halls, public hearings, planning commission meetings, and community events as the primary external face across active development sites.
• Build and hold relationships across a wide stakeholder matrix: elected officials, city and county staff, utility partners, school districts, workforce development organizations, nonprofits, and trade associations.
• Identify and get ahead of organized opposition before capital is committed, surfacing reputational, regulatory, and political risk in coordination with Development, Legal, and Commercial teams.
• Deploy community benefit commitments, including local hiring programs, educational partnerships, and grants, and write communications materials that translate infrastructure complexity into clear narratives for community, government, and executive audiences.
• Manage external partners, including lobbyists, consultants, and PR agencies, across multiple concurrent site campaigns.

Community Engagement Lead

• Own the geotechnical workstream across a multi-site, multi-state development portfolio, from early site screening through foundation design and construction support.
• Scope and direct subsurface investigation programs: write geotechnical RFPs, manage boring and CPT campaigns and lab testing, and drive external geotechnical consultants from scope through final report.
• Interpret subsurface data into design parameters and assign foundation systems, working directly with Structural on bearing capacity, settlement, expansive and collapsible soils, liquefaction, seismic site class, shallow versus deep foundations, and ground improvement (rigid inclusions, piles, surcharge or preload).
• Set site earthwork and grading strategy with Civil: cut and fill balance, deep-fill and differential-settlement risk to pads, MV duct banks, substations, and roads, and the call between regrade, preload, and ground improvement.
• Run geotechnical fatal-flaw screening during site selection and due diligence, catching karst, mine subsidence, abandoned oil and gas wells, uncontrolled fill, high groundwater, and expansive clay before they reach signing or schedule.
• Coordinate with Environmental on groundwater, contamination, and Phase II findings that drive subsurface and foundation decisions, and manage geotechnical deliverables to protect IFC and construction dates.
