Sales Engineer

• Prove that Percy works. Take a prospect's data, run it through Percy, and produce clear, rigorous results that show what Percy caught, what it cleared, and how it compares to their current process.
• Turn results into a narrative. Translate raw back-test output into a compelling, defensible story for compliance leaders, fraud teams, and technical evaluators.
• Be the technical partner in deals. Join calls with AEs to handle technical and product depth, answer hard questions, and build credibility with sophisticated buyers.
• Know the competition cold. Develop deep expertise in the incumbent tools and competitors we're evaluated against, and articulate exactly where and why Percy wins.
• Handle data with care. Work with sensitive prospect data securely and correctly, partnering with our engineering team on ingestion and setup.
• Close the loop with product. Feed patterns from back-tests and prospect conversations back to product and engineering to sharpen Percy and the sales motion.
• Build the playbook. Help turn the back-test from a bespoke effort into a repeatable, scalable part of how we sell.

Software Engineer

• End-to-End Feature Ownership: Own product features from spec → API → UI → deploy → iterate.
• API & Service Design: Design and develop high-performance APIs and services that power the Footprint platform.
• Polished Frontend: Ship user-facing features with a high bar for UI quality, partnering closely with design.
• SDK Development: Contribute to our SDKs so external developers can integrate seamlessly.
• Platform & Infrastructure: Improve CI/CD, releases, monorepo tooling (pnpm), performance, and observability across the stack.
• Secure Systems: Build services that handle sensitive data securely and correctly (our backend is in Rust).
• Product Vision: Be a strong contributor to overall product direction and team planning.

Member of Technical Staff – Platform

Frontend Engineer

• End-to-end feature ownership: Own user-facing features from spec to build to deploy to iterate, making the product and design tradeoffs along the way rather than implementing handed-down specs.
• SDK development: Build and maintain the SDKs external developers use to embed Footprint, where clean APIs and great docs directly shape our customers' integration experience.
• Platform and tooling: Improve CI/CD, releases, and our monorepo tooling (pnpm) so the whole frontend team ships faster and more safely.
• Performance and observability: Drive frontend performance, monitoring, and observability so issues get caught and resolved before customers ever feel them.
• Design system: Own and evolve our component library and design system, keeping the UI consistent, accessible, and fast to build on.
• Customer empathy: Listen to customers, dig into their pain points, and turn what you learn into product improvements. You'll be close to the people who use what you build.

Member of Technical Staff – Frontend

Backend Engineer

• API and service design: Design and build high-performance, well-structured APIs and services that power the Footprint platform and the products our customers depend on.
• End-to-end delivery: Work closely with design and frontend engineers to take features from ideation through production, owning the backend from data model to deployment.
• Large product areas: Own significant features and entire product areas completely. You'll be trusted to make the architectural calls, not just implement them.
• Product direction: Be a strong contributor to overall product direction and team planning. Your judgment shapes what we build, not only how we build it.
• Rust at scale: Write production Rust for systems that handle sensitive data securely, reliably, and fast.
