• Actively contribute to technical and architectural decisions within the team
• Further develop and optimize our microservices and Kubernetes architecture — focusing on performance, stability, and security
• Develop and continuously enhance modern full‑stack applications (frontend, backend, databases)
• Take responsibility for code quality, scalability, and technical excellence
• Work closely with product management, design, and business stakeholders to develop optimal solutions
• Share knowledge within the development team — learn from each other and grow together
• Continuously improve development processes, automation, and CI/CD pipelines
