About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage delivery of initiatives across internal content planning and production systems
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across IT, product, UX, and business teams
- Track progress against product goals (adoption, engagement, satisfaction, business outcomes)
- Engage stakeholders across multiple levels and functions to align on priorities and outcomes
- Facilitate working sessions, requirements workshops, and sprint ceremonies
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to workflows and tools
- Partner closely with a Product Owner (offshore) to strengthen requirements quality and improve backlog hygiene
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–7+ years in program/project management, product operations, or related role
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and managing product delivery
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Experience with tools like JIRA
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across audiences
