About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary contact between GE Healthcare and the customer on all activities related to installation
- Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during installation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues that might impact customer satisfaction and GE operational targets
- Work cross-functionally with sales and service teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of project management experience; or an associate degree and a minimum of five years of project management experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience leading cross-functional teams
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to travel regularly, including overnight when required
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple deliverables to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations while based in a home office
- Ability to work with and influence team members to achieve mutual goals
- Formal coursework in project management and experience in construction or working with the building trades
- Experience with large-scale project management requirements where deadlines are met on or ahead of schedule
- Demonstrated customer service experience working in a clinical environment and familiarity with GE Healthcare products
- Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD and MagicPlan
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Six Sigma certification.
