About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to service calls within a hospital or healthcare system
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and perform repair and planned maintenance on biomedical equipment
  • Provide onsite customer support
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols
  • Maintain strong relationships and frequent communications with customers
  • Identify and report all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associates degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience servicing medical equipment or equivalent military education and experience
  • Mechanical and/or electrical experience
  • Experience with electronic digital circuitry and electronic and electro-mechanical devices
  • Experience interpreting schematic diagrams
  • Ability to be available after-hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends
  • Ability to lift/move up to 35lbs
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
