About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to service calls within a hospital or healthcare system in Miami Dade County.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and perform repair and planned maintenance on biomedical equipment.
- Provide service excellence to drive customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships and frequent communications with customers.
- Adhere to company policies and ensure documentation of all work is captured.
- Identify and report all customer quality or compliance concerns.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, military education, or equivalent experience servicing electrical, electronics, IT or mechanical equipment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience servicing electrical, electronics, IT or mechanical equipment.
- Experience with electronic digital circuitry and electronic or electro-mechanical devices.
- Experience interpreting schematic diagrams.
- Ability to be available after-hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
