Key responsibilities & impact
  • Observe and perform various equipment service processes to drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • AS, BS, MS degree or High School Diploma/GED with 6 months experience servicing electronic, IT or mechanical equipment.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • Previous experience interpreting schematic diagrams.
  • Analytical skills to communicate technical issues to customers.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good customer relations.
