About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

work across organizations and within GSC to understand details of cross-functional processes and existing requirements.
analyze data, document findings, participate in root-causing and solution development for process failures.
collect data and team input, document justification for new processes or IT tools.
define requirements for new or changed processes and IT tools that will prevent future failures.
create process documentation in the form of clear written instructions and flow diagrams.
provide written guidelines and training documents.
coach and support SC personnel and cross-functional allies on processes as needed.
provide tactical support to define and test business processes during development.
gather information and provide written IT requirements to support development of new IT tools.
participate in IT requirement reviews and coordinate testing, providing approvals when IT products meet acceptance criteria.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
Candidate must either be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, asylee or refugee) or a non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required export control authorization.
5+ years relevant experience.
2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
Advanced understanding of global supply chain operations, including end-to-end material flow, logistics, and supplier management across regions.
Experience with MRP and Production systems (MGO or SAP preferred).
Highly functional with MS Office suite and/or other systems used for documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
