About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • work across organizations and within GSC to understand details of cross-functional processes and existing requirements.
  • analyze data, document findings, participate in root-causing and solution development for process failures.
  • collect data and team input, document justification for new processes or IT tools.
  • define requirements for new or changed processes and IT tools that will prevent future failures.
  • create process documentation in the form of clear written instructions and flow diagrams.
  • provide written guidelines and training documents.
  • coach and support SC personnel and cross-functional allies on processes as needed.
  • provide tactical support to define and test business processes during development.
  • gather information and provide written IT requirements to support development of new IT tools.
  • participate in IT requirement reviews and coordinate testing, providing approvals when IT products meet acceptance criteria.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Candidate must either be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, asylee or refugee) or a non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required export control authorization.
  • 5+ years relevant experience.
  • 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced understanding of global supply chain operations, including end-to-end material flow, logistics, and supplier management across regions.
  • Experience with MRP and Production systems (MGO or SAP preferred).
  • Highly functional with MS Office suite and/or other systems used for documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
