About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support day-to-day coordination across PSDS and wire harness activities
  • Track open issues, follow up on action items, and help drive closure
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers and maintain timelines
  • Assist in preparing updates for engineering reviews (status, risks, open issues)
  • Partner with design, integration, validation, and supplier teams to stay aligned
  • Identify risks or delays and escalate with support from senior team members
  • Help improve team organization, follow-up, and execution discipline
  • Support standard work, issue tracking processes, and team operating rhythms
  • Assist with prioritizing daily tasks and maintaining focus on key deliverables
  • Provide coordination support to senior engineers and technical leads

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–3 years of experience in engineering, automotive, or related technical field (internships/co-ops included)
  • Basic understanding or interest in wire harness, PSDS, or vehicle electrical systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced engineering environment
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
