About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute change management activities in support of talent acquisition initiatives, including developing communication plans, engaging stakeholders, building training materials, QRGs, and tracking adoption.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, leverage technology to reduce manual work and increase productivity.
- Plan, execute, and launch process and enablement initiatives, translating strategic priorities into measurable operational outcomes.
- Design and facilitate training sessions that equip recruiting teams with the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to operate consistently and effectively.
- Bring forward data-informed recommendations and continuously identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness across the talent acquisition function.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related function
- Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization
- Experience with change management, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training development
- Proficiency with Workday (ATS) and other applicant tracking systems and HR technology platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and operational recommendations
