About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide internal clients with data, strategic insights, and business intelligence to support informed decision making across the brand's marketing teams.
- Conduct competitive analyses and assess the implications of competitive vehicle launches, market dynamics, and segment trends on the brand's performance.
- Track monthly performance of key brand vehicles versus competitors, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful monthly analyses to support go-to-market priorities.
- Leverage AI tools such as CoPilot and Glean to streamline monthly reporting, executive summaries, ad hoc requests, and ongoing business intelligence gathering.
- Develop actionable insights decks and strategic assessments on key emerging business topics.
- Support senior leadership with talking points, leadership presentations, and special strategic analyses as needed.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and integrate the brand's insights into broader NAMA and partner-team workflows and learnings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of automotive forecasting, market analysis, marketing analytics, or related experience.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, select the right data and tools, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and an interest in applying them to insight development and reporting workflows preferred.
