About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners and customers to maximize sales opportunities and satisfaction.
- Identify, recruit and onboard new partners into Honeywell's channel program to expand market reach.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and improve partner performance.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide ongoing support to partners for their continuous development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner integration and customer satisfaction.
- Perform occasional on-site visits to partners to strengthen relationships and support sales initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- Knowledge of the AIDC market is desirable.
- Proven experience in partner management and channel sales.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and partner enablement processes.
- Intermediate proficiency in English and intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and to conduct occasional on-site partner visits.
