About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sr Technical Solution Consultant role is primarily responsible to increase LSS growth and profitability.
- Act like a catalyst in growing LSS while working on latest technology and ensuring customer engagement on legacy technology through various programs and projects.
- Work with Sales and Service Leaders using the knowledge of Honeywell service programs to standardize solutions that meet a customer’s needs and requirements, and facilitate the development of opportunities.
- Manage multiple pursuits across many accounts deploying value propositions that better fit our customer’s vision and strategy, developing automation plans that allow the business to achieve revenue targets.
- Link sales with marketing and service solutions to share customer needs into the NPI process.
- Provide competitive insight and trends in support of sales pursuits.
- Collaborate in promoting Honeywell and development as an expert in your field through participation in industry forums, webinars, and customer seminars.
- Develop knowledge and network in your area of expertise.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10 Years of Operations/Sales/Sales Support Experience/Marketing
- Thorough knowledge of Honeywell Process Solutions System hardware, software and general knowledge of aftermarket service offerings
- Fluent English and fluent Italian or Spanish or French language knowledge are essential to this position.
- Strong communication skills- written and verbal
- Master or Advanced Degree (MBA)
- High technical knowledge around our HPA Solution and systems
- Ability to influence across functions & business groups to implement and drive change
- Demonstrated writing skills to create a variety of technical documentation as described above
- Work effectively with internal/ external management and customers
- Ability to produce desired results in a deadline driven environment
