About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure IT systems and applications meet the requirements of the businesses and their processes
  • Create, influence, and drive customer vision
  • Integrate Strategic Business Group (SBG) specific business processes related to Hybris into the Customer & Commercial Excellence (C&CE) Enterprise IT strategy
  • Lead eCommerce Operations across SBG in Onshore hours
  • Maintain the zero downtime and no P1/P2 for ecommerce solution
  • Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in case of any P1/P2
  • Collaborate with the Business to solve critical issues
  • Develop tactical plans to address short term deficiencies in current infrastructure

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing and Human Resources Management or a related field of study
  • 10 years in SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) and SAP CRM
  • 5 years in SAP Web channel and SAP SD
  • 3 years in SAP CPQ and SAP C4C (SAP Cloud for Customer)
