Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of advanced application and system solutions with key Aerospace and Defense customers
  • Develop and execute technical sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the assigned market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solution
  • Overseeing a portfolio of advanced applications and system solutions tailored to the customer’s needs.
  • Collaborating with the SAM to formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving business objectives with the supported customers, thereby directly contributing to revenue growth.
  • Identify and develop strong relationships with engineers and key technical partners for new project opportunities which are essential for long-term business success.
  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities within the Aerospace and Defense markets, along with the technical capability to drive growth.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
  • Provide daily technical support and problem resolution with your sales partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 8+ years of experience in sales engineering roles, with a focus on advanced applications and systems
  • Strong technical background in advanced application and systems engineering
  • Technical background in sensing sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Aerospace and Defense experience.
