About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform installation, maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repair of Intelligrated systems and equipment at customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime for customers.
Provide training and support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or a similar technical role.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with technical knowledge and understanding of material handling systems and technologies.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively and independently.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Preventive Maintenance Procedures
Experience with diagnostic electrical tools to field service operations.
Ability to maintain reports in a timely manner
Minimum of 2 years of Mechanical and electrical experience
Great verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Windows Software
Must be willing to travel 90% of the time to regional customer sites.
