About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development of a comprehensive, enterprise procurement strategy, integrating inputs from functional teams including automation, resiliency, functional excellence, productivity, and compliance
- Translate executive vision and long-range planning (STRAP) into actionable strategic frameworks and multi-year roadmaps
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and align strategic initiatives across procurement and the broader business
- Drive strategic project concepts and initiatives, ensuring alignment with ISC strategy and business objectives
- Act as a central integrator, consolidating and harmonizing existing functional strategies into a unified direction
- Establish a strategy development framework, governance model, and timeline to guide execution and track progress
- Influence and collaborate across a highly matrixed, global organization without direct reporting authority
Requirements
What you’ll need- **YOU MUST HAVE**
- - 8+ years of experience in enterprise strategy development, strategic planning, or business transformation leadership
- - Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear strategic direction
