About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Apply your leadership skills to drive team performance and customer service delivery levels.
  • Ensure engagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment and sales growth through close collaboration with the dedicated account manager.
  • Liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Drive and improve reporting procedures and collaborate with the district Senior FSS on financial results, targets and budgets.
  • Lead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities.
  • Define team expectations and communicate those to stakeholders.
  • Act as mentor to train and develop future leaders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years or more of hands-on experience with technical troubleshooting and field service processes, providing guidance and support to field technicians to resolve complex service issues.
  • 3 years of experience managing service schedules, performance metrics (KPIs), and customer satisfaction initiatives, with demonstrated success in meeting service-level objectives.
  • 3 years of experience utilizing field service management software and reporting tools to improve operational efficiency, resource utilization, and performance tracking.
  • Must be US Citizen
  • 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role within field service management, overseeing service operations, workforce planning, and team performance.
  • Technical certificate in Electrical, Controls, or IT, or 5+ years of experience in HVAC, fire alarm, building automation, and/or security systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
  • Experience leading field service teams and driving operational improvements.
  • Previous sales, customer success, or account management experience.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply established standards and best practices.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements relevant to field service operations.
  • US Government Security Clearance
