About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As an SAP Order Management Consultant specializing in SAP ERP, you will be responsible for providing expertise in configuring, implementing, and optimizing the Order Management module within SAP ECC, S/4 HANA and SAP BRIM.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
Your role will involve working with the business, understanding their problem areas, proactive assessment of best practices in terms of process and technology, configuring and customizing SAP systems, conducting workshops, providing guidance, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.
You will report directly to our Sr. Director, IT and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years as an SAP consultant specializing in Order Management, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA and BRIM(SOM, CI).
In-depth knowledge of SAP Order Management module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA implementation projects, including full lifecycle implementations and system conversions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Strong knowledge of Business Processes.
Agile Implementation Methodology.
Integration between MM/FI/WM.
Collaborative mindset.
SAP S4HANA and BRIM configuration experience.
