Account Manager

• Develop and execute the partnership acquisition strategy for our corporate and professional network partners, identifying and prioritizing key players across accounting integration ecosystems (e.g. QuickBooks Solution Providers, accounting firms), consulting, financial advisory, and GPOs.
• Source, negotiate, and close complex partnership agreements with enterprise-level organizations that drive significant new business and revenue for Engine by leveraging their portfolios, member bases, or client networks.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key executive stakeholders during partner acquisition and onboarding processes, including C-suite leaders and partners at target organizations, building long-term alignment and mutual success.
• Successfully onboard new partners in collaboration with Partner Success, Partner Marketing, and Partner Program, driving post-signing momentum (partner referred deals).
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to launch and support new partnerships.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the corporate networks program, providing regular reporting to leadership. This includes the number and opportunity size of active partner opportunities in the pipeline, number of signed partners, and revenue generated from newly signed partners.

• Own the end-to-end enablement roadmap, setting priorities in partnership with sales leadership and ensuring programs are aligned to company growth goals.

• Drive Commercial Priorities: Partner with the CBO to define and execute the company’s partnership and supply strategy, leading special projects that bridge departments, from RevOps to Finance, with precision on complex deal structuring and economics.

• Be the Flywheel of Accountability: Serve as the hub between the CBO and his leadership team, keeping strategic decisions cascading cleanly through the organization, closing communication gaps, and holding teams to their commitments as we scale.
• Prep the CBO for High-Stakes Moments: Build sharp, data-backed materials for Board meetings, investor updates, and partner reviews, and run deep-dives into our commercial architecture to deliver recommendations that shape strategy.
• Extend the CBO’s Reach: Act as a trusted proxy in rooms where the CBO is at capacity, advance priorities independently, and own the research and prep that powers ELT meetings.

Full-stack Engineer

• Drive the design and implementation of a greenfield billing service, replacing legacy code with modern microservices, strong test coverage, and production-grade observability
• Enable other product teams by building and maintaining billing infrastructure they depend on
• Triage and resolve billing support tickets, including escalation to the payments team when needed
• Collaborate closely with the Accounts Receivable team to translate accounting requirements into engineering solutions

• Lead the design vision for spend management, billing, insights, credit cards, and rewards at Engine and elevate them into seamless, high-trust experiences.
• Mentor and inspire a talented team of 4-6 product designers while staying hands-on when the work needs your craft.
• Set a high bar for clarity, usability, and polish across the entire fintech product suite.
• Turn user needs and financial insights into intuitive flows that help customers stay in control and unlock meaningful value.
• Push the boundaries of what’s possible using AI-powered tooling including MCPs, Figma Make, Cursor, and other emerging systems that amplify speed and quality.

Product Design Director, FinTech

Events

• End-to-end field program ownership: Strategy and execution of Engine's full field marketing program including event selection, audience targeting and recruiting, content and run-of-show, on-site execution, pre and post-event follow-up, and pipeline reporting. You own the calendar and you own the number.
• Traditional field events: Customer dinners, sporting event suites and activations, and regional roadshows. Partner with go-to-market leadership to align event mix to pipeline targets and territory priorities.
• Experimental in-person activations: Identify, test, and scale unconventional channels for getting Engine in front of buyers, eg. job site visits, office drop-ins, and other activations that meet our ICP where they actually are. Bring a test-and-learn mindset: hypothesis, MDE, post-event readout, decision to kill or scale.
• DMO and destination partnerships: Own Engine's relationship with regional travel organizations and partners, then build the playbook to expand the model to additional destinations.
• Pipeline accountability: Net-new logo influence, opportunity acceleration, and customer expansion sourced or influenced by field. Deliver clean post-event reporting to sales, growth, and executive leadership.
• Sales partnership and enablement: Tight alignment with AEs, AMs, and sales leadership on account targeting, pre-event prep, and post-event follow-up.
• Team leadership: Manage and develop a team of two while staying hands-on as a senior IC. Set standards for program quality, raise the bar on creative, and create career pathing as the function grows.

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive talent acquisition strategies across Sales, Account Management, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, Supply, GTM Operations, Operations, Automation, Finance, and People.
• Provide data driven insights and reporting that inspire decision making and behavior change to improve hiring outcomes.
• Partner with business and functional leaders on workforce planning, capacity models, role prioritization, and hiring roadmaps aligned with company goals.
