About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute a comprehensive, scalable global talent acquisition strategy
- Develop, maintain, and govern a comprehensive Talent Acquisition framework and policies
- Lead the design and rollout of next‑generation TA programs and technologies
- Collaborate closely with COEs, HRBPs, and senior business leaders

Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically 12-14 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or workforce strategy roles, including senior leadership experience
- Proven experience leading large‑scale or global talent acquisition functions
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into talent solutions
- Experience partnering with executive‑level leaders in complex, matrixed organizations
- Deep understanding of recruitment operations, selection assessment, workforce planning, and talent analytics
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
