About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute specific customer development & training plans by providing full clinical support to the Biosense Webster (Electrophysiology) accounts in an assigned geography
- Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the effective use of Biosense Webster® product portfolio
- Optimize practitioner efficiency through optimal product usage
- Educate customers on all BWI products by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings
- Stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU), best practices and technical troubleshooting
- Create awareness of BWI solutions and facilitate through deep understanding and delivering features & benefits of them
- Educate junior (less-experienced) members on BWI products to optimize effective usage
- Respond daily to requests by email and voicemail from customers, practitioners, and partners
- Perform administrative work, including managing account documentation, compliance training requirements, and expense reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Fresh graduates or 1~2 years of relevant experience (especially in medical devices industry)
- Ability to troubleshoot and remain calm under pressure
- Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with internal and external partners
- Ability to demonstrate the J&J Leadership Imperatives—the ability to connect inclusively with others, a drive to shape the future of health through innovation, and a passion for growth and development
- Skill in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to communicate in English (written and orally) and Korean
