About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for territory sales targets
  • Building relationship with internal & external customers (Doctors/ KOL’s / Distributors / peers/superiors)
  • Developing new customers
  • Monitoring competitor activities
  • Keeping track of daily working and customer usage patterns
  • Handling customer complaints and striving for absolute customer delight
  • Track IOL/OVD/Phaco market-share in assigned territory/state
  • Supporting Area Manager in relationship development with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Achieving Sales Target through right product mix
  • Ensuring sales are achieved 100% quarterly and monthly
  • Upgrading existing JJSV users of IOL to Premium IOLs
  • Conducting scientific programs regularly

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Science/Commerce/Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation) or Optometry
  • MBA will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 5-6 years working experience in sales
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in medical device/healthcare/ophthalmology industry
