About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the assigned Portfolio and Project Management technology platforms
- Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements
- Lead prioritization decisions to balance business value, compliance, and delivery timelines
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for product performance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with development teams to support agile delivery
- Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, tools, and governance models
- Monitor product outcomes and KPIs to ensure solutions deliver measurable value
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required (Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field)
- 6-8 years of experience in technology, digital product management, or clinical systems
- Proven experience as a product owner or product manager for enterprise technology solutions
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technology requirements
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences)
- Experience working with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
- English proficiency required
