About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the assigned Portfolio and Project Management technology platforms
Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements
Lead prioritization decisions to balance business value, compliance, and delivery timelines
Serve as the primary point of accountability for product performance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with development teams to support agile delivery
Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, tools, and governance models
Monitor product outcomes and KPIs to ensure solutions deliver measurable value

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required (Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field)
6-8 years of experience in technology, digital product management, or clinical systems
Proven experience as a product owner or product manager for enterprise technology solutions
Strong ability to translate business needs into technology requirements
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences)
Experience working with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
English proficiency required
