About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the assigned Portfolio and Project Management technology platforms
  • Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements
  • Lead prioritization decisions to balance business value, compliance, and delivery timelines
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for product performance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with development teams to support agile delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, tools, and governance models
  • Monitor product outcomes and KPIs to ensure solutions deliver measurable value

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field)
  • 6-8 years of experience in technology, digital product management, or clinical systems
  • Proven experience as a product owner or product manager for enterprise technology solutions
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technology requirements
  • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences)
  • Experience working with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • English proficiency required
