About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manages a Manufacturing Business Unit
Participates in the day-to-day operations with responsibilities for producing products at minimum costs consistent with quality specifications and production schedules
Develops & participates in strategic decisions of the plant, division and company
Provides a leadership role in the development and implementation of Process Excellence and Six Sigma standards
Ensures sufficient manufacturing materials, equipment, and personnel
Provides variance analysis and corrective actions
Manages a customer driven quality plant that ensures regulatory compliance to ISO and GMP requirements
Responsible for all salary administration issues and all personnel related matters

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Bilingual, English and Spanish
Strong analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills ability
Leadership and Negotiating skills
