About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategic communications programs that drive business outcomes.

- Focus on strategic messaging and content development, social media and campaign activations, employee and culture communications, and issues management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (required).
- 10+ years of professional experience in communications, marketing communications, public affairs, or related fields.
- Experience in healthcare, MedTech, robotics, or highly technical industries preferred
- Demonstrated experience creating high‑quality written and visual content across multiple formats.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with matrixed teams and managing complex workflows.
