About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Expand the sales of Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular Division products and to convert competitive products in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction.
- Understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of our products to physicians.
- Handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology.
- Maintain and expand current accounts, build new accounts, develop strong customer relationships, and meet quotas for a variety of products.
- Execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical and persuasive.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare or business to business sales experience is required
- A minimum of 2 years of Medical Device sales experience is preferred
- Neurovascular experience preferred
- Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room or Radiology suite environment where candidates are accustomed to working with physicians is strongly preferred.
- A valid driver’s license issued in the United States
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential
- Ability to relocate and reside within the assigned Territory
