About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with cross-functional teams to create strategic communications programs that drive business outcomes.
- Prioritizing thought leadership and earned/owned media strategy.
- Developing strategic messaging and content, social media, campaign activations, and employee communications.
- Managing issues related to communication and building a deep understanding of surgery and healthcare markets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (required).
- 10+ years of professional experience in communications, marketing communications, public affairs, or related fields.
- Experience in healthcare, MedTech, robotics, or highly technical industries preferred
- Demonstrated experience creating high‑quality written and visual content across multiple formats.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with matrixed teams and managing complex workflows.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital, social, and multimedia communication platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence without authority.
