About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and produce visual assets including presentations, digital graphics, social media content, email layouts, sales collateral, and event materials
  • Applies in depth knowledge of design principles to define the scope of Graphic Design projects
  • Estimates complex components and processes of design projects to meet key deadlines
  • Identifies opportunities to resolve design problems by conducting investigations and performing necessary analyses
  • Translate marketing strategies and messaging into clear, engaging visual designs
  • Ensure all outputs align with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations
  • Coordinates design requests, timelines, and deliverables to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Tracks project status and manages multiple priorities to ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Interfaces with internal stakeholders and external agencies to facilitate efficient production and revisions
  • Maintain brand guidelines and templates to ensure consistency across all materials
  • Conduct quality checks on assets for accuracy, formatting, and compliance
  • Support continuous improvement of design standards and processes
  • Partner with marketing, communications, and digital teams to support integrated campaigns
  • Work closely with clinical and regulatory stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and compliance in a regulated environment
  • Support industry meetings, events, and product launches with design assets
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and version control
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in asset production
  • Track project metrics (volume, turnaround time, revisions) to inform operational improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design or creative coordination role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
