About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and oversee IT Quality strategy for North America, including quality governance, testing, validation, and continuous improvement across enterprise and commercial systems.
  • Direct managers and senior individual contributors in a matrix environment, providing coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards, processes, and metrics for software development, system validation, and release management.
  • Partner with IT, Digital, and business stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout system design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Oversee risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue escalation related to system quality, compliance, and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, corporate, and internal quality requirements impacting IT systems and data integrity.
  • Use data, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor quality performance and drive improvements across IT platforms and services.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal partners to align on quality expectations, testing approaches, and delivery standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10–12 years of progressive experience in IT Quality, Quality Assurance, Testing, or Validation roles, including leadership responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience leading managers and senior professionals in a matrixed, global or regional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of software quality practices, system testing methodologies, and technology lifecycle management.
  • Experience establishing quality metrics, dashboards, and governance processes to support enterprise technology platforms.
  • Proven ability to partner with IT, business, and external stakeholders to deliver compliant, high-quality technology solutions.
  • Other Language: English (fluent).
