About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Executing centralized compliance risk management operations for Spine/CMF/Sports & Trauma.
- Monitoring TPI due diligence and KPIs for Operational Excellence.
- Preparing consolidated monitoring summaries and contributing to periodic reporting for regional Compliance leadership.
- Managing Third party intermediary due diligence and red flag management.
- Identifying patterns, themes, and emerging risks across monitoring outputs.
- Providing compliance KPIs, metrics, and insights to drive strategic decision making and continuous evolution of the Compliance program.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, Finance, life sciences, law, or related field.
- 4–7 years’ experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or monitoring, with proven ability to analyze and interpret transactional data.
- Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws and regulations (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret risk factors and make well-reasoned decisions.
- Ability to simplify complex data into executive-ready insights.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to identify trends or anomalies.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Preferred: Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries.
