About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end‑to‑end product strategy and roadmap for FP&A and Reporting technology solutions
Partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements
Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of FP&A applications supporting forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
Ensure solutions support accurate forecasting, budgeting, cost management, and performance reporting across the enterprise
Monitor solution performance using defined KPIs and lead data‑driven enhancements to maximize return on investment
Champion adoption, change management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful deployment and sustained use of solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
8–10 years of progressive experience in IT, finance FP&A systems, with increasing leadership responsibility
Demonstrated experience serving as a product owner or technology lead for FP&A applications
Strong understanding of FP&A, cost management, forecasting, commercial and supply chain finance processes
Experience delivering complex enterprise solutions in a regulated, global environment
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
