About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide onsite service, maintenance, and technical support for DPS robotics systems
- Ensure high system uptime and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, and Technical teams to support business growth
- Perform installation, commissioning, and validation of robotics systems
- Execute preventive maintenance and corrective service calls
- Troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical and software issues
- Provide technical and logistical support during system installations and customer demonstrations
- Act as a trusted technical interface with customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Automation, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of field service experience supporting complex medical devices, robotics systems, or high-end capital equipment
- Strong knowledge of medical device servicing regulations and quality system requirements
- Solid understanding of electro-mechanical systems, robotics, software-controlled equipment, and system troubleshooting methodologies
- Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to operate independently in high-pressure clinical environments
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and service management systems
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
