About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide onsite service, maintenance, and technical support for DPS robotics systems
Ensure high system uptime and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, and Technical teams to support business growth
Perform installation, commissioning, and validation of robotics systems
Execute preventive maintenance and corrective service calls
Troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical and software issues
Provide technical and logistical support during system installations and customer demonstrations
Act as a trusted technical interface with customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Automation, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of field service experience supporting complex medical devices, robotics systems, or high-end capital equipment
Strong knowledge of medical device servicing regulations and quality system requirements
Solid understanding of electro-mechanical systems, robotics, software-controlled equipment, and system troubleshooting methodologies
Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to operate independently in high-pressure clinical environments
Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and service management systems
Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
