Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field
  • 8 years of relevant experience with 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Market research / customer insights, Global or regional marketing, Strategy, analytics, or management consulting.
  • Operate effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines.
  • Deliver high-quality work in fast-paced, evolving business contexts.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling insights.
  • Experience leading or supporting market research and insights initiatives.
  • Familiarity with primary research design, methodologies, and learning plans.
  • Experience managing external vendors or agency partners.
  • Exposure to healthcare, medtech, or capital equipment environments.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent).
  • Excel proficiency.
