About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field
- 8 years of relevant experience with 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Market research / customer insights, Global or regional marketing, Strategy, analytics, or management consulting.
- Operate effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines.
- Deliver high-quality work in fast-paced, evolving business contexts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling insights.
- Experience leading or supporting market research and insights initiatives.
- Familiarity with primary research design, methodologies, and learning plans.
- Experience managing external vendors or agency partners.
- Exposure to healthcare, medtech, or capital equipment environments.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent).
- Excel proficiency.
