About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acts as a scientific expert and implements Medical Affairs product plans
  • Proactive and reactive scientific engagement with external experts
  • Communicates on-label product data and discusses clinical study programs
  • Responsible for planning and conducting pipeline and strategy meetings
  • Supports the design, planning, and execution of clinical trials
  • Coordinates collaboration with clinical trial sites
  • Identifies needs for medical education activities
  • Responsible for scientific representation at congresses and events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in medicine, life sciences, or pharmacy; PhD/MD preferred
  • Strong scientific experience in a clinical (human medicine) context
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant MSL experience in hematology, including building KOL networks
  • Experience leading regional medical initiatives and collaborating with clinical trial centers
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in German and English
