About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement strategic account plans for targeted customers in the Dermatology and Rheumatology sector.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL’s), and healthcare professionals in the Dermatology and Rheumatology fields.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives for assigned accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and therapeutic area discussions to healthcare providers, ensuring accurate and up-to date information is conveyed.
- Collaborate with both internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer need to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals in handling product inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics in the CRM system.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management, with a focus on Dermatology and/or Rheumatology preferred.
- ABPI qualified.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulations, compliance, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage collaborators.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet client needs and attend industry events.
