About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive sales performance to ensure sales forecasts are met or exceeded within assigned territory
  • Develop superior product and disease state knowledge
  • Educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles
  • Use assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives
  • Customize client interactions based on customer needs
  • Collaborate with District Manager and stakeholders to develop a local business plan
  • Capitalize on formulary approvals and other business opportunities
  • Provide timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, objectives, communication responses
  • Build a compliant business plan based on customer needs, resources and products
  • Complete all company and job-related training as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales experience
  • Previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales preferred
  • Antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales experience is a plus
  • Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers
  • High integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Strong sense of self-motivation and initiative
  • Excellent decision-making judgment
  • Strong teaming/collaboration and cross-functional skills
  • Ability to be agile and adapt to the changing telemedicine/virtual environment
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills
  • Experience establishing new customer relationships
