About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze digital performance data to support insights, reporting, and decision‑making.
  • Support development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and tracking tools for digital initiatives.
  • Partner with business and functional teams to gather requirements and translate needs into analytical outputs.
  • Monitor trends, adoption, and performance of digital tools and platforms.
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to improve digital processes, user experience, and data quality.
  • Support documentation and standardization of digital analytics processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with digital and customer experience goals.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance standards, internal controls, and company policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in digital analytics, data analysis, business analytics, or a related role.
  • Ability to work with data sets and translate findings into clear insights.
  • Proficiency with common analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
  • Experience supporting digital platforms, customer portals, or analytics initiatives (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or digital experience platforms (preferred).
  • Experience working in a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences (preferred).
  • Exposure to data visualization or dashboarding tools (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
