About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead initiatives to streamline and automate Commercial Capabilities processes across DPS commercial organization, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manual efforts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify pain points in current workflows and propose strategic solutions.
- Analyze data and trends to provide insights that inform operational strategies and support business continuity.
- Develop and maintain relevant process documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency in methodologies across the organization.
- Implement key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of commercial capability processes, tracking improvements and identifying areas for further enhancement.
- Conduct regular reviews of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provides training as needed with respect to commercial capability processes.
- Support cross-functional projects by providing analysis and insights that align with organizational objectives.
- Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contracting or operations analysis, process improvement, or related fields, preferably within a healthcare or life sciences environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to leverage data to inform strategic decision-making and enhance pricing processes.
- Experience in process automation tools and methodologies, with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing manual workload.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of identifying issues and developing effective solutions in complex environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven project management abilities, including experience in coordinating initiatives and tracking performance metrics, lean six sigma certification a plus.
- Knowledge of bids, tenders, and contracting strategies and methodologies, with a focus on sustainability and alignment with organizational goals.
- Commitment to ethical practices and the integration of Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all aspects of work.
