About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Owning the LEO demand planning process
Establishing and governing project management standards across the LEO function
Managing the day-to-day operational infrastructure of the LEO function
Leading or supporting strategic operational initiatives undertaken by LEO
Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks
Contributing to vendor management activities
Partnering with the Tech & Data Lead to ensure operational and portfolio data flows are accurate
Providing ad hoc operational analysis and reporting in support of leadership requests

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
A minimum of 7 years relevant professional experience
Demonstrated ability to build and manage demand planning processes
Proficiency in developing and maintaining performance dashboards
Strong command of project management methodologies and tools
Ability to design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes
Ability to identify operational gaps and lead initiatives
Comfort working with operational and portfolio data
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
