About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Owning the LEO demand planning process
  • Establishing and governing project management standards across the LEO function
  • Managing the day-to-day operational infrastructure of the LEO function
  • Leading or supporting strategic operational initiatives undertaken by LEO
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Contributing to vendor management activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A minimum of 7 years relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage demand planning processes
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining performance dashboards
  • Strong command of project management methodologies and tools
  • Ability to design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes
  • Ability to identify operational gaps and lead initiatives
  • Comfort working with operational and portfolio data
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
