About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead squad engineers in designing, developing, configuring, testing, deploying, validating, and maintaining software solutions.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Clinical Operations technology, software engineering, or related digital product domains.
- Experience leading software engineering efforts in a product development environment.
- Strong expertise in modern technology stacks and software engineering practices.
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for regulated delivery.
- Ability to mentor engineers and foster technical and professional development.
